A Natural-Material Range with Specific, Supportable Claims
Build a shelf story around what the product actually contains. Choose natural-material formats, check the entire pack and confirm which sourcing statements you can support.

What your sourcing plan needs to address
Specific material stories
Describe coffee wood or coconut-husk fiber without applying an upcycled claim to every product.
Packaging transparency
Check paper coatings, bag film, inks, thread and adhesives before saying plastic-free.
Product suitability
Match the design to the intended pet and use; avoid claims that natural means harmless.
Import preparation
Have the broker confirm applicable documents and any origin-preference eligibility.
Build a complete buyer brief
| Area | What to provide or confirm |
|---|---|
| Product declaration | Every component, not just the headline material |
| Packaging declaration | Boxes, bags, tags, coatings and moisture protection |
| Claim evidence | Source/reuse support and any relevant disposal test scope |
| Shelf information | Product identity, dimensions, instructions and responsible disposal wording |
Make the decision on the right evidence
Plant-derived, renewable, reused and biodegradable are not interchangeable descriptions. Do not promise a decomposition time or carbon saving without a defined assessment. Natural charcoal as a desiccant does not establish plastic-free wrapping, and a kraft-colored pack may still have coatings.
Review the claim before it goes on a shelf
See our sustainability and packaging boundaries. Use the plastic-free sourcing checklist to turn a broad requirement into a component-level brief.
From sample to production
| Order detail | Planning information |
|---|---|
| MOQ | From 50 pcs per SKU on selected standard products; format, size and packaging minimums are confirmed in the quote. |
| Samples | Free standard samples may be available. Ask us to confirm the selection, preparation time, courier cost and any first-order shipping credit before dispatch. |
| Production lead time | Indicative production: 15–20 working days for standard orders and 25–30 for OEM/ODM, after sample, artwork and order approval. Development, testing and freight are additional. |
| Branding | Laser engraving on suitable wood surfaces; labels, tags and packaging for other materials. Custom work is quoted separately. |
| Packaging | Bulk bags, individual packs and paper/kraft boxes are options. Custom printed boxes may require around 200 pcs per design; confirm the current minimum. |
| Shipping | Confirm destination, Incoterm with named place, transport mode, carton data and the shipment-specific document list. Freight is not included unless stated. |
Review the relevant service and follow the order approval sequence.
Manufacturer and quality checks
Review factory and production information, the five-stage QC workflow and testing and export-document scope before approving your order.
Confirm report scope, required inspections and the written handling of non-conforming goods. A process description does not guarantee every future order or market approval.
Buyer questions
Can I request a sample before deciding the range?
Yes. Tell us which product, size and pack you want to evaluate. Availability, sample terms and courier costs are confirmed first.
What should I send for a useful quote?
Send quantities per SKU, destination, required timing and the packaging or development brief. Attach the applicable retailer or marketplace requirements if available.
