Wholesale & Private Label
Coconut Fiber Pet Toys for Wholesale & Private Label
Source coconut-husk fiber balls and discuss rope constructions for a textured natural-material range. Separate cat and dog specifications, then approve winding, dimensions and packaging.

What this material is
Coconut fiber, also called coir, comes from the coconut husk. The supplied product material describes preparation, drying and shaping for pet-toy formats. A finished ball may have additional components that must be declared before a whole-product claim is made.
Products and wholesale applications

Coconut Fiber Dog Ball
Coconut fiber · S / M / L references; confirm diameter. Request MOQ by size and construction; selected standard lines start from 50 pcs. Private-label options available.

Coconut Fiber Cat Ball
Coconut fiber · Size and diameter selected by sample. Request the current per-size minimum; selected standard lines start from 50 pcs. Private-label options available.
| Format | Buyer decision |
|---|---|
| Dog balls | Specify diameter, finished weight and the intended fetch/carry use; evaluate the actual sample. |
| Cat balls | Create a separate cat-range specification and check for detachable or loose components. |
| Rope and other coir products | Ask about current designs. Substrate and bedding are separate uses and are not assumed to have the same specification as toys. |
From material sample to approved order
- Ask how the fiber is prepared and dried, including any treatment that must be declared.
- Check binding, core construction, strand shedding and natural variation against the sample.
- Agree packing dryness and storage instructions; no universal moisture number is claimed for every coir design.
Review factory and production information, the five-stage QC workflow and testing and export-document scope before approving your order.
OEM, private label and range planning
Start with the sales channel, target pet, intended use and pack format. A standard product with your label follows a different approval path from a new shape or mixed-material construction.
Private label covers branding and packaging on approved designs. OEM/ODM covers specification-led development. For a multi-material range, review wholesale ordering.
MOQ, samples, packaging and lead time
| Order detail | Planning information |
|---|---|
| MOQ | Request MOQ per ball size or rope format. Selected standard products start from 50 pcs; mixed-product orders still need line-by-line confirmation. |
| Samples | Free standard samples may be available. Ask us to confirm the selection, preparation time, courier cost and any first-order shipping credit before dispatch. |
| Production lead time | Indicative production: 15–20 working days for standard orders and 25–30 for OEM/ODM, after sample, artwork and order approval. Development, testing and freight are additional. |
| Branding | Laser engraving on suitable wood surfaces; labels, tags and packaging for other materials. Custom work is quoted separately. |
| Packaging | Bulk bags, individual packs and paper/kraft boxes are options. Custom printed boxes may require around 200 pcs per design; confirm the current minimum. |
| Shipping | Confirm destination, Incoterm with named place, transport mode, carton data and the shipment-specific document list. Freight is not included unless stated. |
Claims, quality and safe-use boundaries
Coir toys are not dietary fiber or a hairball treatment. Loose fiber and damaged pieces should not be encouraged for ingestion. Do not transfer a toy specification to animal bedding or substrate.
For supervised pet play only, not food. Select a size that cannot be swallowed whole. Remove damaged toys, loose strands or pieces, and replace worn items. Hard chews can damage teeth; seek veterinary advice for puppies, dental conditions or forceful chewing.
Review material and packaging claim boundaries before printing environmental language. Inspection records and third-party reports have different scopes.
Buyer questions
Can I order a mixed-material collection?
Yes, discuss an assortment. Each SKU, size and packaging format needs a confirmed minimum, price and specification.
Does natural material mean a certified finished product?
No. Confirm every component and review the scope of any inspection or test report for the selected product.
What should I send for a quote?
Send product references, sizes, quantity per SKU, destination country and branding needs. Include your packaging and test requirements if known.
