Coffee Wood Chew Sizes: WINVN's XS–XXL Reference
An M label is convenient for ordering, but it is not a measurement. When comparing coffee wood chews, use length, diameter and weight together. For pet suitability, the dog's mouth size, chewing behavior and dental condition still matter; the weight band is only a starting reference.

Reference: WINVN coffee wood product specification supplied for this website. Natural shape and weight vary; confirm the current size sheet and agreed tolerances with your sample. Dog weight is a starting reference, not a veterinary suitability assessment. Older charts use different weight bands; do not combine them.
Measure the product you are approving
Natural sticks do not have perfectly cylindrical outlines. Agree how length and diameter will be measured, what variation is acceptable and which reference identifies the size. Include the finished weight band in the specification so the factory and receiving team are using the same definition.
For a first order, request the sizes you intend to sell and compare them side by side. Keep one approved reference per SKU. A photograph of the whole range is helpful for presentation but cannot replace individual measurements.
Do not let a weight chart make the entire decision
A dog should not be able to swallow the chew whole. Beyond that basic dimension check, consider how it chews and whether a hard product is appropriate. Increasing the size does not remove the possibility of tooth damage or make a hard chew suitable for every strong chewer.
For puppies, dogs with dental concerns or dogs that try to break off pieces, seek individual veterinary advice before using a hard chew. Do not treat XS as a puppy designation simply because it is the smallest product in the table.
Keep the shelf label and purchase order aligned
Use the same size chart on the website, retail pack and quotation. If the specification changes, update those versions together. Combining weight bands from different historical charts can make two products with the same size name appear equivalent when they are not.
For mixed cartons, show the quantity of each SKU clearly. A carton labeled assorted sizes is not enough if the warehouse needs to reconcile individual barcode counts or replenish separate retail lines.
Size changes during use
The starting dimensions are not the final removal rule. Supervise use, inspect the product and remove it when damaged, cracked or worn down to a size that could be swallowed. Remove loose pieces promptly; coffee wood chews are not food.
Put that advice near the size information. Owners need to understand both how to select a product and when the product they selected is no longer suitable for use.
